Most of our sites are complicated, and we need to think outside the box all of the time. So, when a client is blown away by our scheme; when planning is approved; and when our designs are being built on-site, it creates such great job satisfaction.
It’s rarely easy, but it’s always worth it. We work in a fast-paced environment where we celebrate growth, forward-thinking, individuality, and pushing the limits to achieve schemes with an element of magic, all of which creates an incredible working environment.
We are a small boutique practice with a unique set-up as we all work on every project together as one collective team. This style of working makes us much more efficient and plays to everyone’s individual strengths, creating a strong team bond. Being a small studio allows us to provide a bespoke and personal service to our clients, enabling us to create unique schemes individually tailored to our client’s needs.
Our projects vary from bespoke extensions and unique solutions for sensitive sites to concept-driven ‘paragraph 80’ and luxury super homes. Our clients include private individuals, self-builders, and highly successful business owners who all choose to work with us because they know they’ll receive the best design possible.
Working at ZMA means being involved in some exceptional projects across the Ribble Valley, Lancashire and throughout the North-West. We celebrate all that is rural – from contemporary luxury new-builds to historic homes, sensitive conversions and even medieval farm redevelopments.
